Job Requirements

  1. 3 year minimum experience in Carpentry
  2. B.P. trade certificate is a plus
  3. Understanding of Building Code 3604
  4. Ability to manage multiple sites and multiple contractors
  5. Ability to manage project budgets
  6. Ability to manage all Health & Safe on site
  7. Ability to manage quality
  8. Ability to manage inspections
  9. Fluent in English and Chinese
